SAVE TIME - BOOK IN NOW

Save time at the counter: tell us about your device and the problem before you visit. This is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment.

Our diagnostic charge is £46.80 including VAT (£39 + VAT). We investigate the fault and give you a repair quote before any repair work starts. If you go ahead and we carry out the repair, we waive the diagnostic charge — you pay only the agreed repair price. If you choose not to proceed, you pay the diagnostic charge for the assessment.

There is no charge for sending this form, and it does not authorise repair work.

Please don’t include passwords or sensitive files. Your name, phone number and fault description are saved so TCC can handle this enquiry.
