- Bring your computer tower to our Victoria Road shop. Ask us if you are unsure what else to bring.
- We assess the problem and discuss the work with you before repair.

Before bringing your PC in
Back up important files if you can. Tell us about any files you need preserved and any recent changes or damage. If the device is wet, stop using it and contact us before switching it on again.
How long will the repair take?
Timing depends on diagnosis, workload and parts availability. We will discuss an estimate with you. Call if you need a progress update or have an urgent deadline.
Can you give a price before seeing it?
Describe the problem and model first. Some faults need an assessment before we can confirm the repair cost. We ask for approval before carrying out agreed work.
